• 2007 Wuxi Nicle Ultrasonic Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded, focusing on the development and manufacturing of plastic welding equipment based on ultrasonic welding technology.
• 2008 Initiated technical collaboration with the China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC) 726 Research Institute to exchange expertise.
• 2009 Pioneered the use of ultrasonic welding technology in the energy sector, including battery and solar energy applications.
• 2010 Signed a strategic partnership with SONOBOND, USA, to introduce their advanced technology to the Chinese market, particularly for lithium battery metal welding. Notably, SONOBOND received the world’s first patent in ultrasonic welding back in 1960.
• 2011 Expanded operations by establishing a branch in Beijing to strengthen our presence in the northern market.
• 2012 We set up a branch office in Changchun, providing convenient services to customers across the northeastern provinces.
• 2013 Founded Wuxi Dezong Ultrasonic Technology Co., Ltd. and became part of an international technology enterprise incubator, fostering product innovation and academic exchanges.
• 2014 Formed a strategic alliance with German company EURO to develop advanced manufacturing equipment for automotive parts. Get the CE export system certification.
• 2015 Established a branch in Chongqing to enhance customer service and support in the southwestern region.
• 2016 Introduced a branch management system with dedicated departments for standardized equipment and automation, while improving operational efficiency under professional enterprise management.
• 2017 Implemented refined management practices, significantly enhancing organizational efficiency and operational standards.
• 2018 We signed a cooperation agreement with Ford Motor and became a global supplier of them.
• 2019 Strengthened intellectual property protection, filing for a total of 16 national patents.
• 2020 We established a wholly-owned foreign trade department to develop overseas markets.
